“Explanatio Decalogi” by Szymon Stanisław Makowski, professor of theology and rector of the Kraków Academy, is a comprehensive exposition of the Ten Commandments from a moral and scholastic perspective, based on Sacred Scripture, the Church Fathers, and canon law. It was intended for confessors and seminary instructors. This copy contains a printing error by the Górecki publishing house: pages 3 and 5 are reversed.

The title page has been pasted over with new paper; the first two unnumbered pages have been pasted over, damaging the text; 2 pages have been partially filled in by hand; there are traces of repairs on the last 7 pages. The binding is cracked along the lower edge of the spine, the covers are warped, and the block is loose.
