Description

A collection of fairy tales depicting the culture and folklore of various parts of the world. The tales come from India, the Middle and Far East, countries of the former USSR, among others.
vetted by Krystyna Michalowska. In the book, among others: Mr. Twardowski on the Moon, About the Sultan Darai, Gazelle and the Beggar, The Woodcutter and the Dove, Samba and the Queen of Termites.

Full brown leather. Binding bound with seven-panel spine. Embossing on the spine fields. Gilding on edges and corners. Titled in gold on a leather signboard. The lining and edges of the pages are hand-marbled.
