Adam Naruszewicz’s poetry in its first edition: classical poetry drawing on ancient models, combining moral reflection with patriotic themes. This volume documents an important stage in the development of modern Polish poetry in the 18th century.

A complete copy in a period leather binding. The title page bears the “Grzybowski” ownership stamp. Visible discoloration and soiling of the pages, as well as signs of wear consistent with its age; the block is stable.
