Monumental bilingual work (Polish and French text) of an outstanding historian, numismatist, bibliographer, politician and engraver. A collection of copperplate maps, heraldic tables, images of coins and medals independently produced by the author for his historical works. The four thematic sections of the Atlas include: Geographical maps on 11 hand-colored plates; Numismatics, images of coins on 16 plates, including 3 with colored maps; Poland, on12 plates with images of coins, coats of arms, historic buildings, royal tombs and 4 colored maps of Poland; Typographical cut-outs, on 3 plates with images of foreign coins.
