A publication devoted to the work of Wojciech Fangor – one of the most prominent Polish contemporary artists, painter and co-founder of the Polish school of poster art, known primarily for his characteristic compositions based on optical phenomena and the effect of color in space. The book addresses the issue of space as a key element of his work, analyzing the relationship between the image, the viewer’s perception and the environment.

The author presents the development of Fangor’s artistic concepts, showing his experiments with form, color and optical illusion, which led to the artist’s international recognition, including a solo exhibition at the Guggenheim Museum in New York.
