One of the first commentaries on the Polish mortgage law for the Kingdom of Poland. The author included a comparison of Prussian, Austrian and French regulations. The work is supplemented by a set of articles on mortgage law from 1818 and 1825, with relevant paragraphs, a list of official sources, a list of works cited and analyzed, and a factual index.
