A superbly preserved complete yearbook of the Gazeta Krakowska published by bookseller Jan Maj since 1794. The newspaper quickly after its first issue, established itself as the most important news paper in western Galicia. It reached a significant circulation of 600 copies for the time. Initially published twice a week, and from 1830 six.

A valuable collection of reports and information on current events in Poland and Europe, reflecting the atmosphere of the times when the autonomy of the Kingdom of Poland offered hope for future independence. A copy after review and conservation work and leather binding in the bindery of the Polish Antiquarian.
